The systems review · Fixed scope

Two weeks. Written findings. Yours to keep.

The lowest-risk way to work with us: a fixed-scope diagnostic of the system you're worried about — an AI feature stalled short of production, an optimization problem that resists generic tools, an attack surface you can't fully see. It ends with a report you can act on with any team, including one that isn't us.

01 · What you get

A findings report, not a sales deck

Everything is delivered in writing, and everything is specific to your system. If the honest finding is “this is closer to done than you think,” that's what the report says.

Findings

What's actually wrong — architecture, data, evals, security posture — separated into what blocks production and what merely offends taste. Each finding comes with the evidence that produced it.

A prioritized plan

The shortest path to a shipped system, sequenced by risk and dependency: what to fix first, what to measure before believing, and what to deliberately leave alone.

A walkthrough

A working session where we take your team through the report, answer the hard questions, and hand over every artifact. No dependency on us to act on any of it.

02 · How it runs

One week to look, one week to conclude

The same machinery we use for full engagements, pointed at diagnosis: agents fan out across the system to map it, and every finding passes an expert review before it reaches your report.

Week 1 · Discovery

Map the system as it actually is

  • Working sessions with the people who own the problem
  • Read-only access to code, data flows, and infrastructure
  • Agent team fans out to map architecture, tests, and evals
  • The constraint that breaks generic solutions, written down
Week 2 · Analysis

Findings, reviewed, in writing

  • Findings drafted with evidence attached to each claim
  • Expert review of every finding before it reaches you
  • Prioritized plan sequenced by risk and dependency
  • Walkthrough session with your team, artifacts handed over
03 · Fit and terms

Built for a system already in flight

The review fits teams that have something real to look at: an AI feature that demos well but keeps missing production, a routing or optimization problem where the off-the-shelf answer ignores your hardest constraint, a security posture where the honest answer to “what's exposed?” is “we're not certain.”

It is deliberately not a strategy engagement. If what you need is a slide about what AI could someday do for your industry, we're the wrong call — the review works on systems, code, and data that exist.

Many reviews end with the report and a handshake. Some continue into a build engagement — in which case the review's findings become the plan, and nothing you paid for is repeated.
